1. Email us from your registered address

   Use the email address linked to your Sastry Balm account so we can identify it.

2. Tell us what you’d like deleted

   Include your name and ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. Please don’t include your password or payment details.

3. Our team will follow up

   We’ll review your request, verify account ownership if needed, and email you about the outcome.
